ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the marketing coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Manager by efficiently coordinating and executing marketing campaigns.

Accountable for ensuring the seamless implementation of strategies, managing day-to-day tasks, and contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives.


BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS:


JOB DUTIES:


  • Manages to the marketing strategy and tasks associated with plans supporting the marketing strategy at outlined on the marketing roadmap.
  • Helps to coordinate ongoing marketing activities between outsourced resources and
    Gertex Management to the marketing roadmap.
  • Manage the editing process, ensuring seamless transitions, visual appeal, and incorporation of graphics or animations to enhance the overall quality of marketing videos.
  • Will appear in marketing content on social media/advertising channels.
  • Assists with updates to SharePoint, sales tool box and internal communication supporting marketing and sales efforts.
  • Assists with maintaining Marketing SharePoint page with uptodate information important to sales or other teams.
  • Interacts professionally and clearly communicates with colleagues in other departments while developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others.
  • Assists with updating and maintaining all Company brochures for content, new product introductions, and branding as needed.
  • Assists with reviewing internal and external documents for content, grammar, and formatting.
  • Actively supports marketing activities in the stage and gate process.
  • Develops and Maintains Gertex's social media presence on LinkedIn, Gertex Website, blogs, Press Releases as needed.
  • Produce regular web traffic, and social media, monitor ROI / KPIs.
  • Assists with sales presentations, including providing sales numbers and reporting.
  • Helps to update metric dashboards and suggest changes that support meeting marketing goals and numbers.
  • Assists with inside sales marketing campaigns as needed.
  • Conducts internal and external marketing surveys as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

Salary:
$60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
