Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

From hospitals to stadiumsoffice buildings to condo towerssingle family suburban communities to custom infill renovations; we provide trade professionals quality plumbing and heating solutions.

Responsibilities

Prepare quotations and process orders on behalf of outside sales staff and customers.
Investigate and resolve customer issues, including offering technical expertise.
Develop and strengthen relationships within customers and manufacturer partners.
Maintain a strong industry knowledge as it relates to current code requirements and competitors product offerings.

Expectations & Experience

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written.
Selfmotivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
Ability to learn and operate the applicable software system used to process orders.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of commitment to exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry or products would be considered an asset, but not essential.
Willingness to learn and work effectively in a fastpaced work environment.
Experience using Google Workplace/Docs.
