Marketing Coordinator
Gow Hastings Architects has an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Toronto
- based, award-winning architecture studio. Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the Partners, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support us with our marketing and business development efforts.

Specializing in public facility design, Gow Hastings offers fully integrated, multidisciplinary consulting services in architecture and interior design.

We are recognized in particular for design excellence in higher education, and known for our distinct work in the field of food and culinary arts studies.

We have several exciting projects currently in development for the University of Toronto, Toronto Metropolitan University, Conestoga College, City of Toronto, and Toronto Botanical Gardens.


Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Architecture, or related discipline
  • Creative individual with an eye for graphics and attention to detail
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Highly organized and has the ability to balance multiple deadlines against competing priorities
  • Experience working in a design services environment is an asset
  • Familiarity with website content management systems is an asset

Duties include:

  • Wide range of writing / graphic communications assignments: proposals, presentations, awards submissions, publications, marketing collateral, etc.
  • Provide support to Marketing Director in business development efforts including: reviewing bid websites, evaluating RFQ/RFPs, client/ project research, compiling business statistics
  • Website maintenance
  • Social media management
  • Promote brand strength and alignment across multiple channels
  • Photography coordination / photoshoot support
  • Database management (all marketing files)

$40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
