General Description


We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who is highly analytical, comfortable dealing with large sets of data and thinks outside the box.

The perfect fit would be someone that knows the fundamentals of planning, inventory management and inventory allocation.

The role of Supply Chain Manager is to own, drive and support the business by implementing supply chain solutions from planning to delivery of technology products.

Works closely with Inside and Outside sales and IT. Proven project management skills, attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills are necessary for this role.


Job Duties / Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction
  • Develop dynamic strategies of procurement and clearance
  • Maintain, identify and compare pricing by finding pricing variations and notifying the Sales team.
  • Identify material change in inventory and maintain inventory
  • Organize, structure and implement periodic inventory counts on a regular basis and drive monthend inventory verification
  • Work across all supply chain functions (procurement, inventory management, custom assembly), identify process or efficiency improvement opportunities and deliver solutions
  • Maintain data and update information in the company's operating systems
  • Implement pricing and clearance strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand
  • Work with warehouse and logistics departments to determine and set up intercompany transfers
  • Responsible to define, measure and sustain supply chain metrics
  • Compare vendor inventory with our stock with the knowledge of our top moving items, making sure we have enough stock
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Work directly with sales department to determine most costeffective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Work experience requirements

  • Excellent organization skills, enabling them to quickly locate merchandise for distribution or placement within the warehouse
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to communicate with all levels of employees and customers (internal and external)
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency
  • High attention to detail and selfmotivated

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent experience
  • More than 3 years of supply chain or logistics management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and ERP Systems
  • APIM Certified Production Inventory Management (CPIM)
