Job summary
This position is responsible for overseeing Branch operations in the Region and promote the smooth and efficient running of branches.Responsibilities include leading, coaching and developing internal staff,
advising on employee satisfaction,
Maintain open communications with staff
Maintain scheduled commitments to customers/vendors
PURCHASING,
windows shopping etc.
The job requires knowledge of best practices in Operational Leadership,
