    Drake International is currently sourcing candidates for our client, to work in the Halifax area. The successful candidate must have reliable transportation and 1+ years of experience in Admin/Data Entry experience.Responsibilities
  • Admin Support
  • Data Entry
  • Accounting assistance
  • Meeting notes
  • customer service.
  • creating Excel Sheets
  • Coding PLU#s
  • First point of contact
  • Answering Calls and calling distributors
  • Skills:
  • Accurate, concise, and expedient document creation and data entry
  • Ability to quickly understand departmental processes;
  • Prior database experience, with the ability to quickly understand our client's databases and associated documentation, as well as familiarity with web-based systems;
  • Microsoft Office knowledge is essential (at least to formula/macro level in Excel);
  • Ability to develop knowledge of technical documentation standards and industry processes;
  • Writing skills: task-based documentation, reference guides, hardware documentation, customer facing materials, marketing collateral, training materials, simplified English Indexing skills
  • Understanding of electronic systems would be an advantage;
  • Excellent, and accurate, data input skills;
  • Ability to gather data effectively;
  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
