Responsibilities

  • Work with patients to create individualized weight loss plans and goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to patients throughout their weight loss journey.
  • Use motivational interviewing techniques to help patients overcome obstacles and make sustainable lifestyle changes.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:


  • Must be a certified weight loss coach with a proven track record of success.
  • Preference given to those with a background in nutrition or dietetics and certified as a coach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing patient needs and schedules.

Compensation

  • Coaches will be compensated on an hourly basis
