    Implementation Manager

    Designated office: Eastlink

    This position is: On-site - working all 5 days per week in the Office

    Product Management is a pivotal department of our business who create product strategies aimed at solving customer challenges and developing products for customers that create amazing customer experience. Our goal is to build products and services that customers love while creating a unique competitive advantage. The Implementation Manager plays a vital role in bringing our products and services to customers, coordinating closely with internal teams for delivering the approved projects on time. Implementation Manager is concentrating on turning ideas into operational reality. Implementation Manager is accountable for planning, execution, successful implementation, and post-launch measurements. Implementation Manager assists Product Managers where required.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for planning, execution, and successful implementation of new product, services, special offers and generating a buzz around the product through engagement.
    • Build strong relationships and work closely with product managers, engineering, IT, sales, marketing, and customer experience to ensure cross-functional collaboration. Evaluate ideas, motivate teams to meet deadlines, and ensure all-around alignment in the go-to-market process.
    • Define and set up measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch initiatives and activities. Produce post-launch reports.
    • Respond to and resolve escalated customer issue during or after implementations.

    Skills

    • Experience in product or project management, or a similar field.
    • Highly collaborative team player with the skill sets required to influence, gain buy-in and evoke action in a cross functional team environment
    • Highly motivated to continuously improve products/processes and able to think out of box
    • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, interpersonal and communication skills
    • A keen business sense resulting from strong business and financial acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit
    • Ability to synthesize complex data into a relevant, succinct and well-rounded business strategy to influence customer acquisition and retention decisions
    • Knowledge in the areas of strategic review & planning, product management/ development, customer base management, consumer/market research, competitive analysis, sales and financial planning
    • Proactive, detail oriented, positive and curious individual who has a passionate dedication to their craft
    • Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities and balancing multiple priorities/needs
    • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality work in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment
    • Strong price plan/package modelling skills with experience building complex subscriber and/or financial models
