Position Summary:
Under the supervision of Dr.

Zimmermann, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Dental Medicine, the incumbent will:

  • Participate in designing a study investigating the kinematics and muscle activity during speaking and singing in singers and non-singers with and without painful temporomandibular disorder.
  • Create a video (in English and French) instructing participants in a clinical study on how to speak and sing different consonant-vowel combinations.
  • Analyze vibrato variability in recordings.

Qualifications:

  • PhD student in the School of Music at McGill University
  • Past experience teaching singing lessons
  • Experience with vibrato analysis

Hourly Salary:
$28.50
