Responsibilities:
Represent the Makita Brand with integrity and best-in-class customer experience
Communicate directly with buyers and replenishment analysts with focus on building partnership strength and positive communication
Work directly with the National Account Manager to communicate inventory shortages, pricing errors or concerns with orders
Support the processing of all orders including E-commerce, Distribution Center and Direct to Store locations
Investigate any customer claimed shortages or disputes
Using forecast analytics work with the planning team to ensure proper stockkeeping levels for top selling models at both warehouse locations
Working within the customer portal update E-commerce inventory levels and discontinued model numbers
Working directly with the EDI Coordinator track all replenishment order status's and ensure all Operations teams are following process timelines
Provide analysis to support warehouse inventory movements and support picking and replenishment efficiencies for top selling customer models
Provide analysis to support decision making for inventory locations across multiple DC's
Identify areas of improvement and recommend actionplans
Work with Purchasing Team to review inbound shipments and align with customer forecast
Assist in risk and opportunities analytics and help to recommend strategies to mitigate revenue loss
Support the marketing team on coordination of holiday gift centre programs
Implement and identify opportunities for improvement by using analysis and logical thinking
Gather raw data from multiple data systems and work with IT Team to ensure data is accurate and up to date
Qualifications:
Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Management or Supply Chain an asset
Prior experience with AS400, IBM Web Query and Power BI or similar systems and reporting tools is required.
Superior MS Office skills with a focus on Excel and Access

Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
