Our part-time jobs are designed for students and people with full-time jobs. There is no experience required for all our roles. We have several part-time vacancies that we will be filling with the starting salary at approximately $21.00 per hour.
The 5th (British Columbia) Field Artillery Regiment is a unit in the Army Reserve. We are garrisoned in Victoria, B.C. at the Bay Street Armoury.
The unit participates in a number of local events - ceremonial salutes outside of parliament for dignitaries and Remembrance Day as well as unit and brigade level exercises across the country and abroad.

Available for shifts, Tuesday evenings and weekends:
Entry level role- no experience required:
- Starting at $126.90 per day with annual increases
- Growth opportunities
The primary responsibilities include:
- Operate technically advanced computers and laser rangefinders
- Operate Forward Observation Post equipment
- Operate surveyor instruments and GPS
Minimum Requirements
You must meet the following minimum requirements for a career in the Army Reserves:
- Be at least 18 years of age (you may be 16 years old with parental consent while maintaining status as a full-time student)
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
