Position Overview:


The role of Analyst, Campus Recruitment is responsible for driving the execution of campus recruitment efforts across all of RBI's brands in Canada, while assisting with US Recruitment efforts at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Within this position, you would work closely with RBI Senior Leaders and members of the People Department to ensure events are aligned with corporate values and priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensures the success of all aspects of RBI's global undergraduate and MBA campus recruiting programs, including generating program awareness (on campus and virtual events), sourcing and assessing talent (conducting interviews, hosting events)
  • Coordinates with regional partners to ensure global alignment on campus recruiting efforts
  • Works with leadership members and executive assistants to schedule for important events
  • Comfortable creating decks, flyers, and presentation notes for events; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally; manage large scale events
  • Aids in the assessment and management of vendors (SWAG) and recruitment tools
  • Assists in the management and implementation of integrated recruitment technologies, such as applicant tracking systems, Phenom, Greenhouse, WayUp, Handshake, etc.
  • Knowledge in Recruitment Trends and patterns for Gen Z, recruitment cycles for Canadian universities

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2 to 3 years previous experience; specific experience and/or professional certification in recruitment, talent management, Student Affairs, Higher Education, or HR preferred
  • Preferred experience using Greenhouse, or other Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Exceptional ability to analyze problems, identify alternative strategic solutions, quantify consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of larger recruitment objectives
  • Notable interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees
  • Solid business acumen, including knowledge of budget management, vendor management, and contract management (HighQ and DocuSign) required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); advanced knowledge of Excel or other similar analytical tools
