Senior Relationship Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with advisors, accountants, and other centres of influence.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will contribute to the overall success of our company by executing specific individual goals, plans, initiatives that support business strategies and objectives. You will ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience in the financial industry. A degree in business or finance would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute strategic growth plans across regions.
• Spearhead programs that drive national physician acquisition targets and incremental growth plans.
• Support the expansion of our pension plan by educating and enrolling physicians through advisors.
• Develop trusting relationships with influencers who can promote our services effectively.

The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent written & verbal communication skills along with skillful influencing & enthusiasm generation capabilities.Ensure operations aligns within Scotiabank's Values while safeguarding operational risks including Aml/ATF/Sanctions Risk.
