JOB PURPOSE:
The Training Manager is responsible for training and coaching our staff & retail partners the Anita Way, including product and client development to support the achievement of company goals.
Profile
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop & facilitate training programs including brand culture, product knowledge, selling, and client development.
- Evaluate training and development needs of our Retail Partners on an ongoing basis and provide regular followup to retail teams and Anita staff.
- Evaluate existing training programs, to revise or create new training programs based on business needs
- Track productivity reporting process, partner with store management to discuss metrix and future objectives.
- Oversee orientation for new employees & ongoing staff training.
- Coordinate and Manage training calendar in support of seasonal launches, events and Retail Partner needs.
- Adjust priorities and manage time to most effectively support the business needs
- Track effectiveness of training programs, and provide regular followup to sustain
Additional information
Requirements:
- 5 Years of Training experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment
- Bilingual: French & English
- Strong passion and awarness for the fashion industry
- Ability to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs in a variety of areas
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels of the organization
- Ability to listen actively to all and communicate material and instructions to others
- Ability to follow the company's policies and procedures
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to travel frequently
