The Position..._

Responsibilities include:

Weighing inbound and outbound vehicles
Various administrative duties
Verifying and processing payments for customers
Preparing shipping manifests
Responding to customer inquiries
Build relationships with customers and grow through service
Grading material
Answer scale house/office telephones for customer inquiries

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Outstanding customer service skills
Bachelor degree or relevant experience
Knowledge of Microsoft office, data entry and quick to learn new programs
Ability to show initiative and support where needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
