Responsibilities:
- Keep the accounting office organized and clean.
- Prepare a variety of financial reports.
- Prepare daily cash reports.
- Prepare collection reports and make collection calls.
- Prepare quarterly and yearly receivable reports.
- Maintain records of accounts receivable.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week
Pay:
$19.00-$24.18 per hour
