WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Financial Analyst provides financial and accounting expertise and support to the organization and its decision-making processes and assumes key responsibilities for the analysis of financial issues.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Undergraduate degree in accounting/business program
Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, or actively pursuing designation.
3+ years of working experience in accounting/finance

WHO YOU ARE:

Ability to balance multiple work demands to achieve deadlines and reporting requirements
Ability to take initiative and act independently using good judgement as well as accept direction
Demonstrated experience in variance analysis and account reconciliations
Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of software packages (i.e. Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using Infor (Cloud Suite Financials) would be an asset
Healthcare experience would be an asset
