The Action Group is a non-profit organization that provides a range of services to adults and children with developmental disabilities in Central Alberta.

The Enhanced Housing Program is designed to accommodate Adults with developmental disabilities who due to multiple factors have been unsuccessful in securing community living options.

The facility provides 24/7 residential support to 8 individuals with complex service needs who have a range of cognitive, behavioral and mental health support requirements and provides a comprehensive range of therapy and support, in a specialized environment.

Located in the town of Ponoka, Alberta.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of program development and presenting workshops
Flexible
Highly organized
Excellent time management
Ability to work well independently and closely with different teams
Ability to develop support plans and support staff to understand and implement.

Requirements:

Post-Secondary degree in Human Services
Five years' experience in Behavioral Management strategies
Valid driver's license/reliable transportation
Clean criminal record check

What we can offer:
- $36.75 starting wage + evening and weekend shift differential

Shift is _Sunday to Thursday 311pm_
Company benefit plan after 6 months
RRSP after 2 years
