Job Summary:
As a Contracts Coordinator, you will perform a range of contract related activities primarily in support of our Conga CLM system and contract administration processes.
You will ensure compliance with Ledcor policies and processes, model Ledcor's legal strategy, and provide support to contract specialists, legal counsel, and operational staff within the Company.

- Provide support to legal staff and other users on the training and use of Conga CLM
- Facilitate the development of new agreement templates and modifications of existing templates
- Perform system administrator tasks, and support technical staff on issues, enhancements, and new system functionality
- Maintain contract administration support as per business requirements
- Prepare and process agreements and related documents for legal and operational staff
- Support Legal and operational staff during contract negotiations leading to finalization of contracts
- Ensure to document all contract clarifications and exceptions
- Review contract drafts and conforms documents to ensure that all agreed changes are reflected in the execution version
- Handle daytoday questions arising in connection with administration of contracts and subcontracts
Qualifications:
- College, Trade or Technical Diploma (2 yr) in Business, engineering construction, law, computer science
- Strong computer skills with an aptitude to learning new programs
- Previous experience with contract management systems (preferably Conga CLM), document management and similar software is an asset
- Experience with basic contract reviewing and drafting
- Proven ability to identify appropriate basic contract wording
- Understanding of basic contract terminology, practices (including drafting principles) and concepts
- Ability to identify basic relevant issues resulting from contract wording and terms
Working Conditions:
- This is a hybrid position. Working both remotely and in the office once a week.
