Financial Analyst (Real Estate Development & Construction)

We manage the entire process:

from evaluating and identifying potential high-growth markets; to land acquisition; to designing; to building; and to selling quality multi-family homes.

• Prepare and analyze proformas and cash flows to assess the feasibility of future projects
• Conduct market research and report on findings to the executive team
• Meet with the development and constructions teams to align on project proforma inputs
• Prepare bank financing proposals and equity financing packages
• Prepare land acquisition analyses
• Prepare project profitability reports and analyses
• Manage investor relations, investor tracking, and investor updates
• Prepare executive summary brochures for investors
• Prepare cash flows for existing incomeproducing properties
• Lead and/or participate in ad hoc projects
• Complete other items that are periodically assigned by the executive team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have excellent communication, customer relations, and organizational skills
• Must be detailorientated with high quality standards
• Expert level Microsoft excel skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Ability to stay productive even during slow times

Education & Experience

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. A focus in real estate finance is an asset

years' experience in a financial analyst role in the real estate industry is an asset

• CPA, CFA, or any other relevant professional designation is an asset

Salary:
$65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
