We are currently looking to fill a part-time position for a Labour Driver at our Leamington, ON location.

Job Details

The Part Time Labour Driver's responsibility is to transport Nature Fresh Offshore Labour from one location to the next using a company vehicle.

This may include pickup or drop off in Tilbury or Leamington, errands such as groceries, various local appointments like Service Canada, and to/from work between locations, etc.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Comply with Ministry of Transportation Laws, rules, and regulations, as well as Nature Fresh policies and guidelines.
Responsible for transporting workers for work, errands, shopping trips, appointments etc.
Adhere to schedules despite conditions and ensuring that passengers arrive safely to their destination.
Contact with appointed Management for their schedule and tasks.
Drive regular routes on a schedule, in a timely matter.
Complete a circle check and inspection of the vehicle to include tires, lights etc.
Required to report all issues, unsafe conditions and make suggestions.
Ensure vehicle is clean at all times.
Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Valid class B or Class C or F license is required.
Must have a clean driver's abstract.
Minimum of 2 years experience driving a bus
Spanish is an asset but not a requirement.
Must have a flexible schedule.
Must be patient and drive responsibly.
Organization, punctuality, and reliability will be key.
Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Must have a positive attitude in the workplace and adhere to all human resource, operational and health and safety policies.

Workplace Conditions

Challenges may be present due to language barriers with passengers.
Poor weather conditions
The Part Time Labour Driver is to report to work Friday and Saturday a split shift of 4:30AM 8:30AM and 2PM 6PM. Some Sundays will be required in addition to covering shifts for any absences of the Full Time Labour Driver.

Based on experience.
