You will be collaborating with all specialty teams in a fast-paced environment. You will be given the opportunity to execute integrated campaigns across a diverse range of health accounts.

We need a confident and vibrant communications professional, ready to plug and play; who can be a strong contributor to our team and offer their qualified opinion on how to translate our clients' visions into reality.


Responsibilities:


  • Build strong relationships with team mates and managers to deliver campaigns and programs in accordance with KPIs
  • Demonstrate a specific interest in the health industry
  • Execute awareness and product launch programs for clients including development and writing of media materials, coordination and briefing session with spokespeople, media relation outreaches, development of social media content, monitoring and reporting.
  • Work closely in integrated teams to ensure quality when delivering campaigns.
  • Effectively work within timeline and account budget parameters.
  • Participate in new business process including research, audits and proposal development.
  • Recognize impact of self on others; maintain strong internal/external relationships; support fellow team members.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to driving culture on the team, as a kind, collaborative and respectful colleague

Qualifications:


  • The Account Executive must have of relevant agency experience and an interest in working in the health industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree (or better) in Communications or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • 12 years of related experience in communications marketing preferably in the health sector; experience in agency considered an advantage.
  • Experience working on health, consumer health and other campaigns relevant campaigns to the health industry at large considered an asset.
  • Handson experience in media analysis, media pitching, building media lists and media relations experience.
  • Experience working in a multiproject and multiteams environment.
  • Coordinate and help plan media outreach programs including tours, events, conferences.
  • Direct experience with traditional and social media tools and platforms online monitoring, blogging, Facebook, Twitter, reporting platforms, media database to build media list, etc.
  • Experience effectively executing many tactical assignments and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and a variety of social media analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required.
