    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service and support the day-to-day operations of our office.

    You will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, ordering supplies, managing mail distribution, and ensuring timely transitions between program periods for campers.

    In addition to these administrative duties, you will have opportunities to interact with campers and participate in camp activities as needed.


    Required Skills & Qualifications


    • Two (2) or more years in a post-secondary degree or equivalent experience

    • Experience working Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


    • Prior experience working at Towhee or a related program within a camp environment is strongly preferred
