Part 1:
Marketing Campaigns
In this role, you will work directly with Fobi's (+ subsidiaries) customers to plan and execute managed services and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, assist in the creation of, and track customer campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external customers to ensure highquality and timely execution of marketing campaigns.
- Execute customer campaigns remotely or onpremise. This can include working weekends and campaignspecific hours.
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
Part 2:
Social Media Campaigns
Your role will also consist of managing social media campaigns for Fobi and its subsidiary companies.
Responsibilities
- Execute a resultsdriven social media strategy for Fobi and its subsidiaries.
- Work with our designers, copywriter, and videographer to develop engaging content for social media platforms, such as thought leadership content.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.

Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in a similar role. Agency experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills. Customer service experience (a plus).
- Ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
- Portfolio of marketing or social media campaigns and KPIs (a plus)
- Comfortable speaking publicly on podcasts, videos, etc. (a plus)
