The challenge:

Lead outbound calls in a friendly and courteous manner
Meet and exceed monthly business targets
Play a key role in addressing customer concerns and provide best advice
Handle issues in a timely manner
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to generate sales
Identify new sales opportunities and develop creative strategies to reach potential customers
Manage and prioritize leads, and follow up in a timely and professional manner
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support
Keep uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans
