Responsibilities
- Work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early morning on a daily basis following carefully crafted recipes
- Be responsible for reading production schedules and recipes measuring mixing ingredients moulding shaping dough and processing everything through the ovens
- Bake decorate and manage the proofing timing for the baked goods.
