_Orillia Kia _is coming off its best year yet Preparing for rapid growth, Orillia Kia is looking for a Fixed Operations Manager to join our team.
We have a full shop of technicians and an experienced service advisor hungry for a leader to take our service department to the next level.
As part of the Plaza Auto Group, you have the opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing family-operated dealer groups in Ontario.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daytoday operations and profitability of the service department
- Overseeing the smooth operations in all areas of the service department including quality performance, customer commitment, customer satisfaction, and overall effectiveness
- Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
- Hire, coach, train, and reward employees to advance and achieve department objectives.
- Work alongside the service department and train associates on the dealership's policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a customerfocused environment.
