Since Family owned and operated - Eassons Transportation Group is headquartered in Kentville NS, with terminals in Coldbrook, NS, Sydney, NS, Albany, PEI, Moncton, NB, Mount Pearl, NL, Belleville, ON and Mississauga, ON.

Eassons operates approximately 325 trucks and employs over 400 people. Eassons Transportation Group provides dry and temperature-controlled TL/LTL services across Canada and the United States.

We Are Growing Opportunity exists for a Customer Service Representative


Core duties:


  • Single source of contact for all assigned customers
  • Order taking and data entry
  • Preparation of rate quotes
  • Coordinate delivery appointments
  • Coordinate with various departments (claims, sales, planning, administration) to meet operational and customer needs
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:


  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is required
  • Working knowledge of Truckmate and PC Miler is considered to be an asset
  • Relevant postsecondary education or a combination of related education and experience is required
