Summary:
This position requires effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients through various channels.
Representative Tasks:
- Install and perform minor repairs on hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- Issue and decommission hardware such as computers, tablets, printers, switches, etc.
- Document IT service fixes, request fulfillment, maintenance, and project tasks using JIRA
- IT
- Respond to user inquiries about computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
- Provide technical support for all aspects of the ZucoraHome community, both inperson and virtually. This role may require onsite support at the London home office.
- Collaborate closely with customers to meet their needs while adhering to outlined SLA requirements.
- Provide daily operations reports to the IT Service Manager, detailing the completion and resolution of assignments.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of relevant technical computing work experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of technical support experience.
Completion of a Computer Science program
Any relevant certifications to include, but not limited to, Comptia A+, Network+, Security+, AppleCare
Mac Technician, Microsoft 365:
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Google IT Support, and more.
