The Role
Edmonton Kenworth Ltd.

is looking for a Journeyman Bodyshop Painter for our East Edmonton location, who is responsible for refinishing new and damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications.


Responsibilities
Communicate with clients, employers and other employees to plan and execute repairs, prepping and painting jobs on a variety of trucks

Attend Kenworth and other training programs/courses related to the performance of their job duties

Follow factory and dealership procedures when performing warranty work


Requirements:


  • A High school diploma or equivalent
  • A relevant Journeyman trade certification
  • Thorough understanding of the various components of a truck
  • 3 Years' experience as a truck painter
  • Knowledge of Axalta paint line and base coat / clearcoat systems considered an asset

Shift
This is a permanent Full Time position.

  • Axalta paint line and base coat / clearcoat systems: 1 year (preferred)
