Description
Daily Duties:
- Manage team of ppl.
- Ensure shift starts on time.
- Ensure production work is completed for each day. i.e. orders get out the door.
- Reporting / communication with senior manager / operations manager.
- Manage quality control.
Weekly Duties:
- Inventory counts
- Building maintenance.
- Manage production cleaning.
Monthly Duties:
- Inventory counts
- Damages counts and evaluation.
- Monthly equipment maintenance.
Miscelleneous:
- Work on weekends as needed during busy time to setup equipment and/or run shifts.
- Work with employment agencies on employment issues / adding more employees.
- Help in R&D.
Skills:
- Very good with numbers.
- Very good with working on computers.
- Problem solver.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Punctual.
- Detailed oriented.
- Team Player.
Work Experience:
- Min. 3 years in a manager position.
- Min 3 years managing staff.
- Min 3 years in a warehouse / production environment.
Salary:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
