Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Estimating/ Manager to join our team. As an Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the estimation process for projects.

This is a key role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Duties:

Manage estimating in preparing accurate and competitive bids for Sandblasting Painting projects
Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements
Utilize Microsoft Word or Excel
Analyze project scope and identify potential risks or opportunities
Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids
Prepare and present estimates to clients, highlighting key details and providing explanations as needed
Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay uptodate with pricing and bidding strategies
Requirements:
The Project Manager initiates the planning process, clearly defining the project's scope, delivery commitments and objectives.
Project Manager shall closely work/promote team collaboration with supervisor and quality control to meet client's delivery status and quality.
Project Managers estimate sandblasting and painting projects, purchase coating, track costs, deal with change orders, and develop ITP's.
Project managers collaborate with the supervisor to resolve delivery/ contract disputes.
Project manager to have a minimum of AMPP/ NACE Level 1 or
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs
