Requirements:
What You Will Be Doing:
- Supervision and mentorship of mechanics/welders in the field
- Scheduling and overseeing repairs and preventative maintenance
- Scheduling and overseeing work on various construction equipment in the field
- Involvement in the planning, scheduling and completion of maintenance and repair of all portable plant sites/gravel sites
- Involvement in the planning, scheduling and completion of maintenance and repair of all stationary plant sites/gravel sites
- Assist mechanics with troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
- Work with other personnel within the maintenance department to ensure all service and repairs are completed in an efficient and timely manner
- Work with personnel across other departments to ensure organizational needs are met and equipment is available when required
Required Qualifications:
- Heavy Duty Technician license
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Maintenance Supervisor role
- Previous plant/conveyor experience
- Must be able to pass a preemployment fit to work medical assessment
- Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence & Clean 5year commercial abstract.
