Proven track record to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
Strong command of the oral and written English language
Superior telephone communication ability, with a high level of professionalism and poise
Strong computer literacy with: Microsoft Office Suite, CDK Drive & CRM, and DealerMine
Basic financial knowledge, cash balancing, cheque clearing and bank deposits
Solid understanding of automotive dealership transaction
Focused on the task at hand with the ability to multitask while achieving the goals needed
Initiative and confidence to keep abreast of personnel and dealership changes
Solid previous automotive dealership experience including licensing and stocking in vehicles
Ontario G license daily trips, driving to the MTO office is required
