Cyclone Metal Products is a 25 + year fully diversified custom metal fabrication shop located in Regina.

We have a great opportunity available for an experienced full time Office Manager to be part of our growing team.

Roles and Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities and tasks of this position include:

• General receptionist duties
• Basic data entry bookkeeping duties including accounts receivable and accounts payable management
• Development of interoffice communication protocols
• Development and implementation of office policies
• Streamlining all administrative procedures
• Answer phones, greet and communicate with customers
• Receive and enter vendor packing slips
• Match vendor packing slips to vendor invoices and input into ERP system.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one to two years of experience in an office manager or similar role is required in addition to the following skills:

• Professional communication with customers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management skills
• Analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Ability to effectively multitask
• Working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Basic knowledge of office administrative practices and procedures
• Basic working knowledge of operation of office equipment

Salary:
$23.00-$30.00 per hour
