Position Details:
Part-Time Role: 10-25 hours per week

Your Mission:
Engage with customers to deliver top-notch service, share information about promotions and pricing, and handle bookings.

Accept payments, manage cash, and operate debit terminals with accuracy.

Guide customers through our vast library of VR games, helping them select and set up experiences that match their interests.

Supervise VR sessions, ensuring all players have a safe and enjoyable time.

Troubleshoot any technical issues, facilitating a smooth gaming experience.

Keep VR equipment and our space clean, sanitized, and welcoming.


Player Profile:
Previous experience in customer service, with a winning track record.

A genuine passion for gaming and VR tech—enthusiasts to the front

Physically capable of standing for extended periods and managing VR equipment setup.

Abilities to handle busy moments with ease and maintain a cool head under pressure.

Friendly and effective communicator, especially with a younger audience.

Accountable and respectable, with clean criminal record check results.

Competent with Windows-based systems, gaming platforms like Steam, and communication tools like Discord.
