Description
Small Plumbing and heating company that also specializes in renovations.Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with clients to determine their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliance
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as HVAC technicians and carpenters, to complete projects
Experience:
- Proven experience as a plumber/gasfitter
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes
- Strong mathematical skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths and angles
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and perform tasks that require strength
- Strong problemsolving skills and mechanical knowledge

$36.00-$45.00 per hour
