Keywords Studios, the leading provider of technical services to the video game industry, is seeking a talented Sales Operations Specialist to join their Create Service Line team.


As a Sales Operations Specialist with a consultative focus on the game development industry, you will play a critical role in providing strategic support to the Solutions Architects and broader sales team to drive revenue growth.

You will be responsible for helping to optimize sales processes, analyze data to provide insights and recommendations, develop visual assets (nice to have) to support sales efforts, and serve as a key resource for industry knowledge and expertise.

Your consultative approach, combined with your 5 or more years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or production leadership roles within the game development industry, will enable you to provide valuable guidance and support to the sales team, driving sales success and maximizing revenue.


You will work closely with the Solutions team both within the service line as well as those in other service lines as needed.

One of your main focus areas will be to work with the Solutions Architects to deeply understand the Clients' requirements & how best to translate those needs into tangible value-based solutions utilizing all the appropriate service line offerings within KWS (with a focus on Art and Game Development) to deliver best Client outcomes.

You will be part of the critical link and interface between our Clients and our KWS Studios. You will always look to create value that our Clients recognize, identifies, and facilitates growth for Keywords Studios.

Some of the cool stuff you'll be doing:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Help develop and optimize sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales tracking, to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Provide strategic guidance on best practices and continuously improve sales processes to drive sales results.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights to inform sales strategies and drive sales performance. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, track KPIs, and provide recommendations for optimizing sales efforts and achieving sales targets.
  • Consultative Sales Support: Serve as a key resource for the solutions team, providing consultative support on industry knowledge, market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Collaborate with sales team members to develop customized sales strategies and solutions that meet customer requirements and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Tools and Technology: Manage sales tools and technology platforms, such as CRM software, sales automation tools, and other salesrelated software. Provide training and support to sales team members on the effective use of these tools to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate sales activities, such as preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings and demos, managing sales orders, and providing sales support. Act as a point of contact between sales, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay uptodate with the latest trends, technologies, and market dynamics in the game development industry. Leverage your deep understanding of the gaming market to provide strategic guidance and insights to the sales team, driving sales success and competitive advantage.

Requirements:


  • 5 or more years of previous experience in a similar or related role in the game development industry, with a strong understanding of the gaming market and trends.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, including sales process optimization, data analysis, and sales tools/technology management.
  • Previous experience working as part of, or leading teams in either Art, Production, Engineering, or Design would be viewed very favorably
  • Consultative sales approach, with the ability to provide strategic guidance and support to sales team members.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with
