As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities.

We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.


Summary:
The Client Action Team (CAT) is looking to add intermediate level Client Engagement support at the Mississauga office.

The Client Engagement Coordinator will come with at least 3 years prior work history and will use their experience to help Client Engagement Directors on key Hatch pursuits.

Accordingly, day-to-day job responsibilities will be determined by the needs and workload of the team, but will likely include:

  • Schedule, coordinate and participate in planning meetings
  • Vet and forward internal client support service requests to appropriate team member
  • Support development of pursuit materials, including documents and presentations
  • Source and create graphics and templates, including photos, organizational charts, etc.
  • Support delivery of Client Action Team trainings (in person and virtual sessions), including components of
event planning and providing onsite support (Travel may be required.)

  • Manage and maintain Client Action Team intranet pages and assets
  • Partner with other teams (Marketing and People Development) to support shared interests
  • Execute ad hoc Client Action Team member requests.

Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary degree/certificate in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience with Graphics tools like In-Design, Photoshop and Illustrator is an asset
  • Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software or similar client database tools is
beneficial

  • Power Bi experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to quality work products with high attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and proven ability to manage diverse workload under pressure
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills that can be applied to a variety of scenarios
  • Ability to problem solve and take ownership of results
  • Capacity to work well in both inperson and online environments with global CAT members
