- Support key retail partners (direct or distributor-driven) with presentations, promotions, and performance tracking
- Ensure account execution across listings, assortment, merchandising, and replenishment (in collaboration with broker partners)
- Monitor sales performance, distribution, and retailer trends to recommend actions and improvements
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the US market (Natural + Conventional channels)
- Drive expansion strategies to grow national distribution and retail presence
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, from outreach through onboarding
- Own relationships with national distributors (e.g., Natural and conventional distribution partners)
- Manage and motivate broker partners to support sales growth, execution, and new account expansion
- Coordinate joint business plans with distributor and broker teams to deliver volume and distribution targets
- Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to support US growth plans
- Ensure successful product launches and go-to-market execution with US partners
- Contribute to forecasting and demand planning for US accounts/distributors
- Reporting & Performance
- Track KPIs including distribution gains, sell-in/sell-through, promo results, and margin performance
- Provide clear reporting and insights on market opportunities, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- 3–6+ years of experience in account management and/or business development within CPG (beauty, personal care, household, wellness, etc.)
- Strong understanding of US retail landscape and go-to-market models
- Experience working with national distributors and broker networks
- Proven ability to build relationships and close growth opportunities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and pipeline management skills
- Ability to travel

The Role
As Account Manager, US Market, you'll be responsible for accelerating ATTITUDE's expansion in the United States by driving business development across both Natural and Conventional retail channels. You will manage and grow relationships with national distributors, regional key accounts, and broker partners, with the goal of increasing distribution, assortment, and sales performance across the US market.
This is a hands-on, growth-focused role ideal for someone who loves building relationships, opening doors, and turning opportunities into measurable results.
