Responsibilities:


You will be working closely with Segway Powersports Canada's Territory Sales Manager, marketing team and the external marketing team (Well Known).


  • Assume primary responsibility for managing and strengthening dealer relationships for by building rapport with multiple functions at the dealer's organization
  • Work with Territory Managers to deal with escalations or reoccurring issues to troubleshoot document, analyze options and provide a resolution.
  • Identify gaps in the products and customer services that the dealer uses and advise them on solutions that would help enhance their business.
  • Assume a proactive role to ensure customers/users receive superior service by investigating requests/discrepancies and taking corrective action.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver optimal customer service.
  • Promote service excellence by consistently evaluating processes, procedures and/or practices and identifying potential for improvement. Communicate findings/recommendations to the Territory Mangers and CEO
  • Proactively seek feedback from clients to determine their needs to help them grow their business
  • Foster a climate of mutual respect, open communication, and approachability
  • Build a good rapport with all Segway Powersports Canada staff within the department and within other departments
  • Actively participate in regular Segway Powersports Canada meetings and dealer conferences and meetings with the external marketing agency (Well Known)
  • Assist with special projects/tasks as assigned by management
  • Attend tradeshows and expos

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 23 years' experience in a management and communications role
  • Previous experience in the dealership industry
  • Post-Secondary education
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, customerfocused environment
  • Fluency in French is considered an asset
