Description

Precision Aluminum is a leader in the commercial aluminum railing and vinyl decking industry.

We are currently seeking a Commercial Sales Rep to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, driven with the ability to obtain new lead and drive new sales.

The role involves maintaining our current commercial accounts, developing relationships with clients & bidding on projects.

Responsibilities

Generating sales leads
Send and prepare pricing estimates for projects
Update clients of all pricing for products, any changes or assembly options
Prequalify potential clients, ask questions to establish budget & timelines
Manage new/ old clients, informing them of our company processes & policies
Other Duties as assigned

Minimum Experience:

Construction knowledge is required, Previous service & sales experience is required, combined with a sales aptitude.
Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications to complete accurate take off measurements.
The ability to read and understand plans, calculate measurements, build estimates and understand & incorporate building specifications is a must.
Excellent planning, coordination and scheduling skills
Selfdirected, motivated, professional, with strong customer service skills that can establish relationships with clients.
A strong focus on business growth and interest in working in fast paced environment which requires multitasking and selfdirected abilities
Excellent written & oral communication skills
