Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Logistics Clerk on a permanent basis on our Sales and Logistics team.

This position requires on-site work and is based at our Co-op Ethanol Complex in _Belle Plaine, SK._

This role is great for someone who demonstrates clear communication, excels at prioritizing tasks and is looking to grow their skills with opportunities to cross-train in other areas.

What you'll do:

Responsible for scheduling grain deliveries, wet distiller's grain, dry distiller's grain, and ethanol load out to ensure customer demands are met. Work with the Manager, Sales and Logistics to gather required volumes to ensure supply and demand needs are met and contracts executed in accordance with terms and conditions.
Prepare and review grain receipts including splits, discounts, and tickets.
Act as the first point of contact for customer and respond to concerns relating to contract execution, import/export documentation, and shipment information.

You will work closely with the Manager, Sales and Logistics while demonstrating customer focus as the first point of contact.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

Have
3 years of relevant experience in the agriculture industry.
Have

a Diploma in Business or Logistics
