Walkway Labourers - Snow Removal - Urgently Hiring

Willow Valley Property Maintenance is located in Collingwood, Ontario. We are looking for a Walkway Forman for our Winter Snow Removal Season with the potential to lead to a full-time, year-round job that includes Spring and Summer Lawn and Garden Maintenance for residential and commercial properties.

Must Have:

• Should have 3 years+ experience in snow removal maintenance
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, or crouch/kneel repeatedly and for long periods of time throughout a work shift
• Effective communication skills in English
• Have a positive outlook and professional appearance
• Full work permit and currently reside in Canada
• Transportion to yard located in Collingwood

Job Duties:

• Walkway Snow Removal at both residential and commerical properties
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete snow removal work
• Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations
• Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
• Provide polite and compassionate client service
• Demonstrate exceptional work ethic and attention to detail

Work Conditions:

• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Job requires good manual dexterity and stamina
• Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
• Comply with all company policies and regulations
• Easy going but hardworking team environment
• Employee must be willing to work every weekend and must be available to work Christmas Eve, Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New years Day

Compensation:

• Hourly wage $18$25 based on experience and level of skill
• Lunch Provide on Friday's
