What You Will Do
As part of a collaborative team, the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns and social media profiles across all branches of the organization - while ensuring the approach aligns authentically to the brand.

What You Bring to the Table
Marketing related degree/diploma
- Content creation, Digital and Print Marketing
- Experience in a property management/construction setting

- Solid written and verbal communication
- Computer skills; MS Suite, Adobe, Survey Software
- Organization and multitasking

Work Environment
Primarily Office based with a high level of social interaction and team collaboration. May need to work outdoors if project or duties require.
Generally, work during regular office hours although there will be routine visits to construction sites, properties and company events that may fall outside of those hours.
