Note:

  • We need experience in a full service kitchen. Fast food / QSR experience does not count.
You might be working late hours. You need a reliable way to commute to our location.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation workers
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop menus and create new dishes
  • Monitor food quality and consistency to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns regarding food quality or service
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Experience:


  • Previous experience in restaurant line cook position or a similar role is required
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage others, if required.
  • Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices for food handling and safety
  • Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating delicious dishes
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
