Job Responsibilities:

Hands-On IT Management:

Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
Lead with active technical involvement.
Develop policies for system performance, reliability, and continuity.
Manage IT vendor relationships.
Assess and recommend emerging technologies, including AI solutions.
Experience in system integration, with a strong focus on enterprise software implementations.

Systems Administration:

Oversee system backups, disaster recovery, and systems continuity.
Implement IT security protocols.
Collaborate on system enhancements and integrations, with a focus on AIdriven improvements.
Proficiency in NetSuite an asset.
Experience with warehouse management, logistics, and ecommerce an asset.

IT Project Management:

Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, including AIrelated initiatives and enterprise software implementations.
Coordinate with teams to define project scopes.
Monitor project progress.
Conduct postproject evaluations.
Strong multitasking skills.
Excellent documentation skills, ensuring clear and comprehensive project records and reports.

IT Policies, Procedures, and Compliance:

Develop and enforce IT policies.
Ensure compliance with regulations.
Conduct audits and risk assessments.
Train staff on IT policies and cybersecurity, including AI ethics and best practices.
Ability to manage a small team.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in IT management, infrastructure, and systems administration.
Knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and databases.
Proficiency in Windows system administration.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and services.
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problemsolving mindset.
Exceptional documentation skills, vital for maintaining clear and accurate records of IT operations and projects.
