Responsibilities

The Associate will:

  • Act as a lead consultant or team lead on complex projects;
  • Manage resources within Davis Pier, partner firms, and client organizations;
  • Manage client relationships within project environments;
  • Provide expertise in our service lines on client engagements, including change management expertise;
  • Develop high quality project deliverables;
  • Incorporate change management activities into project plans when required;
  • Facilitate client workshops and interviews;
  • Seamlessly integrate with client teams; and
  • Develop tailored approaches to project delivery to ensure engagement outcomes are delivered in an nondisruptive manner.

Qualifications

  • Formal education in business, public administration, engineering, or IT;
years of previous experience in a change management role;

  • Previous experience in project settings in a professional service environment;
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, approaches, and tools;
  • Exceptional relationship building skills;
  • Proficiency with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle;
  • Focused on providing exceptional results to clients;
  • Experience with planning, organizing, leading, designing and implementing change management activities;
  • Experience facilitating crossfunctional client meetings and workshops to support change management efforts;
  • Possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;
  • Possess the ability to remain flexible concerning approaches to delivering client solutions;
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Previous consulting experience would be considered an asset;
  • Change management certification or designation would be considered an asset;
  • Knowledge of the public sector, the social sector, or healthcare would be considered an asset.
