Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Organize and maintain the office environment, including managing supplies and equipment.
- Prepare invoices, manage procurement and assist with financial reporting and budget management.
- Schedule and coordinate staff training and development programs.
- Assist company leaders in accomplishing their goals by providing administrative support and tracking progress.
- Schedule and coordinate staff schedules and assignments to ensure smooth operation of the winery.
- Provide support for various projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain strict security protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: per week
Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- ABBOTSFORD, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

- Day Shift (preferred)
