About Horizon Legacy
For the past 70+ years, Horizon Legacy Group has been creating large scale infrastructure projects.

Over the past 12 years, we've been developing renewable energy projects in wind, waterpower and solar spanning across Canada and the US.

Construction is an industry that's made relatively little progress in how it organizes its business, still using century-old technologies and processes.

We believe digital capabilities present opportunities to make qualitative leaps for the industry. There have been piecemeal efforts made, but no significant revolution in overall project scale practice.

Horizon Legacy started in the 1950's with a construction company specialized in building houses. The company quickly made the leap from building houses to office towers — staking a claim as a pioneer in major commercial office building development along Toronto's Yonge subway line. Today,
Horizon Legacy is the name behind more than 6,000,000 sq ft of landmark commercial addresses in one of North America's most influential cities. As owner, builder, and operator of major long-term infrastructure assets, we understand the long-term implications of design, construction and financial decisions on a level that traditional builders and lenders don't.

After spending the last 15 years constructing and operating wind farms, solar farms, and a hydro plant,
Horizon Legacy is driven to pioneer the next innovation in sustainable real estate.
